Welcome to a creative spell
a reflection of the path we are asked to take
into the deepest chambers of the heart…
dark, golden, and alive.
The place where the purest alchemist reigns.
As a disciple of the sacred feminine, as an intuitive, a healer, a guide
my work in the world is to unlock and weave
the deep wisdom and medicine our stories hold,
and to reveal who we are becoming
in the process of living—and telling—them.
I have devoted my life to loving wholeheartedly
passionately, and without guarantee.
The heart requires everything of us.
To risk. To open. To feel it all.
To remember that it is royalty
living inside the human body.
And inevitably—heartbreak, too, is love.
To surrender is the ultimate act of devotion.
This space is a glimpse into that return.
How we retrieve the medicine required
to love, to fall, and to rise again
over and over
becoming deeper, truer lovers of life.
To become the ultimate lovers.
Being human, with a heart, inherently means heartbreak.
The more we surrender to the depths of love, the more vulnerable and at times, terrifying the journey can feel.
Through years of loving as widely and deeply as I could, I began to notice something:
there are ways to meet heartbreak that don’t harden us—but instead soften, release, and strengthen the heart into an even greater capacity for love.
What follows is one of those ways.
A gentle, sacred practice to help you move what’s been held—and return to yourself.
I invite you to take a pen and paper.
Light a candle if it feels right.
Prepare a space where you can feel safe, undisturbed, and present.
If you’ve never explored body-based or somatic practices before, this may feel unfamiliar at first.
That’s okay.
Move slowly.
Trust yourself as you go.
You will be guiding yourself through this process, so let gentleness lead.
There is nothing to force.
Nothing to get “right.”
Only something to meet.
If you are moving through a fresh heartbreak,
I recommend taking this practice one step per day.
Allow it to unfold over eight days.
Give your system time to process, integrate, and soften.
Do not rush this.
If you are working with an older wound,
move through the eight steps slowly as well.
Take your time.
Trust your body.
Pause when you need to.
Breathe often.
You may be surprised by what begins to shift.
I hope this practice meets you gently.
A small return.
A quiet opening.
A gift of coming back to love, from me to you.
Once you’ve completed the practice, drink some water, get some fresh air, move your body.
Many people notice more space and lightness in their chest. Emotions are free to move.
Let yourself feel all of it and let go of any emotions that are ready to move by laughing, crying, yelling into a pillow, going for a run, creating something amazing.
Come back to this process often, the heart is always shapeshifting.
Thank you for diving into the unknown with me!
X.
